I’m someone who understands how it feels to start at square one, unsure if you’re capable of change. My philosophy is rooted in a holistic view of wellness, taking a comprehensive look at fitness and lifestyle behaviors. We encourage clients to embrace change and commit to continuous improvement through intentional actions that build confidence and lifelong success.
At 17 years old, I weighed 270 pounds and felt disconnected from the person I wanted to be. Like many, I struggled with the idea of change, unsure where to start or if it was even possible. But as I prepared for my freshman year of college, I made a decision: I wanted to look and feel my best.
I started with small, manageable changes—adjusting my diet and committing to moving my body each day. Slowly but surely, I began to see results. Those little victories fueled me, and before I knew it, those small efforts became habits. By the time I graduated college, I had lost almost 100 pounds and gained something far greater: a deep passion for health and fitness.
